Position Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a Global HR Intern position within the Global People & Culture department based at HQ. This fast‑paced role within a dynamic HR team requires a high level of initiative, pro‑activeness and strong multi‑tasking skills. You will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to the HR Department in all areas of HR and be proficient with standard IT systems and the English language.
🎯 Missions principales
- Provide generalist support for the entire recruitment cycle including interview bookings, JD/JP drafting, advertisements, longlisting, coordination with managers or candidates, reference checks, etc.
- Support HR L&D initiatives including orientations, trainings, workshops, etc.
- Ensure proper HR file documentation and file management to audit standards.
- Conduct HR quality checks via routine spot checks and maintain HR trackers.
- Compile HR executive summaries or reports.
- Undertake research projects and support HR project implementation when requested.
👤 Profil recherché
- Relevant university degree, preferably specialization in HR.
- At least 6 months experience, preferably in an HR generalist role.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Prior experience with business administration and IT systems such as Office 365, Teams, MS Office Suite.
- Approachable, flexible, detail‑oriented and ready to work in a busy, varied role.
